Shelley is dedicated and passionate about helping others feel and look their best! She has been an instructor at the Dayton School of Medical Massage and started her practice with specialization in deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapies. She is certified in pre-natal massage and trained in manual lymphatic therapies by ACOLS (Vodder Technique), which is a premier provider in Lymphedema education worldwide. Shelley's new-found love for lymphatics has allowed her to start helping clients recover quicker post-surgery, as well as treat patients with fibromyalgia, migraines, and lipedema.
